NAKUmoney helps families practise money habits. These terms explain the current service and your responsibilities.
NAKU MONEY LTD operates NAKUmoney. The company number is 17500149; our registered office and contact details appear below. These terms cover this website and the current invitation-only testing service. The app is coming soon to the public stores.
NAKU Coins, rewards, practice balances and investments are virtual learning tools. They are not deposits, legal currency or financial products and cannot be redeemed for money. Investing is simulated and is not financial advice. NAKUmoney does not hold your money, make payments or buy investments for you. Parents pay pocket money outside the app; Pay Day records a request and its confirmation.
You must be an adult parent or carer with authority to set up and supervise the children you add. Explain the family controls and the parent view to your child. Only link children you are responsible for. Use your own email for the parent account and nicknames for children. Do not include a child’s full name, school or address in usernames, tasks or feedback.
Keep passwords and access details private. Do not access another family’s records, impersonate someone, misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or submit unlawful or harmful material. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Creating a testing account does not start a paid subscription. Any future paid service will need its own clear price and terms before you choose it. Testing features can change, and bugs or interruptions can occur. Do not use this app as the only record of real payments or agreements.
The testing version does not yet verify email ownership or provide email password recovery. Do not rely on a recovery link being available. Contact support if you lose access; account recovery depends on checking your authority.
In-app parent testing terms are shown separately before account creation. Their recorded version remains the agreement accepted for that testing account; visiting this website does not create a new account, record parental consent or replace an earlier acceptance.
Read our Privacy policy for the information used by the service. Reminders are optional and need separate permission; accepting terms does not turn them on. Parents can use the available dashboard controls to deactivate or restore linked children. Deactivation keeps their records and is not permanent deletion. See Support for privacy and deletion requests.
You may use the website and app materials for your family’s personal learning. The NAKUmoney branding, artwork, lessons and software remain protected by their owners’ rights. Do not copy them for commercial use or redistribute them without permission. You keep your rights in the material you submit; we use it only as needed to provide, protect and support the service as described in the Privacy policy.
Contact info@nakumoney.com if something goes wrong. We may restrict access used to harm others or compromise the service. Changes to parent testing agreements need their own version and acceptance process; a website edit does not silently change a previously recorded agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim that apply where you live.
